Extra Time - A Community Interest Company
We are a Community Interest Company who help, train and support older people wanting to return to work. We want to re-ignite people's ability to contribute to the wider community through employment, volunteering and improved wellbeing.
The UK is facing a significant
labour shortage and has an
ageing population. Older people still have plenty to offer!
We know that working can improve mental wellbeing, counter loneliness, improve lives and supplement income.
We are a group of people who have come together from a range of backgrounds and experiences, with the common aim to support older people back into employment.
We want to work with skilled people and ethical employers who value their staff and are willing to be flexible.
